Can I request a partial shipment for my order?
Yes, this option allows you to receive the goods that are in stock. The remaining items will be placed on a back order so that they can be shipped out to you as soon as they arrive in stock.

My goods were out of stock in the UK and have been ordered from Italy, when will I receive my order?
If the goods are in stock at our warehouse in Italy, standard deliveries usually arrive in 10-14 working days from the date of the order.
We also offer an express courier service at an additional charge which usually arrives in 2-5 working days.
Can you ship my order direct to our customer?
Yes, if the goods are in stock either in the UK or Italy we can ship directly to addresses in the UK.

How quickly can I get a pneumatic cylinder?
Our Express Cylinder Service is the UK's fastest way to get a pneumatic cylinder. We can dispatch our cylinders on the same day or the next working day*.

Does Camozzi offer a 24 hour cylinder service?
Our workshop operates Mon - Fri from 8am until 4pm. However, we do offer an excellent emergency breakdown service available at an additional charge.

I have a Camozzi pneumatic lubricator. What viscosity lubricant should I use?
We recommend a lubricant with an ISO Viscosity Grade of 22 for use with our pneumatic lubricators.
If I already have lubricant in my pneumatic lubrication system, can I remove it?
It is not recommended to remove lubricant from your system. Doing so can lead to increased wear and potential damage due to insufficient lubrication.
Will my existing non Camozzi branded reed switch fit a Camozzi branded cylinder?
We can't guarantee that switches from other manufacturers will be compatible with our cylinders. We recommend purchasing the switch and the cylinder together to ensure compatibility.
What is the difference between single acting cylinders and double acting cylinders?
Single acting cylinders use a spring to either extend or retract the piston (depending on the application requirements).
Double acting cylinders use air pressure to extend and retract the piston.
What is the difference between 3/2 valves and 5/2 valves?
3/2 valves are used on single acting cylinders. They have 3 ports and 2 positions.
5/2 valves are used on double acting cylinders. They have 5 ports and 2 positions.
Can you offer a direct replacement for my non Camozzi branded cylinder?
We can provide direct replacements for standard, unmodified, ISO certified cylinders. This is because ISO certified cylinders adhere to uniform specifications, so we can ensure that the mounting holes, piston rod threads and lengths match.
